Kudos to one Ms. Lopez and her advocates at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia for bringing the language-access complaint that led to corrective action at the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs! This latest language access victory inures to the benefit of scores of DC LEP and NEP tenants and their dependents, for whom language access is prerequisite to access to justice.
