On Friday, May 21, 2010, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. the American Bar Association (ABA) will present a live panel and teleconference entitled MEDIATING INTERNATIONAL PARENTAL KIDNAPPING CASES (registration is required). Panelists, including GJI Co-Founders, the U.S. Department of State, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, the Director of the UK’s Reunite, and other experts will address the risks and rewards of mediating these potentially high conflict cases, and explore the unique challenges of developing a cross-border family mediation initiative in the United States.
